Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your blanket must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or if there are issues with the color or design, we are happy to provide a full refund or replacement.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards or promotional items included with your purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your blanket back to the manufacturer.
